What a weekend!
Congratulations to my sister, Kim, and my brother-in-law, Rigo, for tying the knot this past weekend in San Pedro, CA. It was a blast. My only regret is not taking pictures!! I was too busy living in the moment and enjoying every single one, so I wasn't focused at all on taking photos. Luckily they had a wonderful photographer,
that was on it in the photo department, so we'll have to rely on his. One thing I'll cherish for years to come is not only being Kim's Matron of Honor, but getting to spend a sister night with Kim the night before her wedding, just us- no kids, hanging out and being sisters.
Big happy family

We boogied 'til much later than usual, so naturally the kiddos got tuckered.

It was so wonderful to be surrounded by family and friends. The Sunday after we had Dad's Celebration of Life Party and spread his ashes in Long Beach. It was a great gathering of family and friends. Thank you to all who came for your support.
Monday was a fresh start to a new beginning!
At home we are adjusting to life without travel and getting back into the routine. Maren now has two top and two bottom teeth and is only nursing about 3-4 times a day. Maisy has gotten over her hump of disliking school and all is right with the world. The girls are really becoming great friends and starting to play together. It makes me smile inside and out.

Life is good and everyday is a new adventure. It's certainly become more interesting since Maren is on the move, constantly!
More later as more travel is in our future.
