Craft A Personalized Alphabet Book

Create an Alphabet Photobook full of friends, family and fun family memories.

Create an Alphabet Photobook full of friends, family and fun family memories.

Maren is in the thick of really grasping the ABCs and the sounds of the alphabet as her 3rd birthday nears.  It makes me thankful that for her birthday last year we put together a special photobook of all very familiar faces and places to help hold her interest while also learning her ABCs.

I love me a good photo book and this one is no exception. I was sure to include family members,  friends, fun vacations and memorable outings in Maren’s book.  I sifted through our archive of photos to choose the perfect photos; one for each letter of the alphabet.  This task wasn’t too difficult due to the fact that our children are very well documented subjects in our lives!  The photos were then all uploaded to Shutterfly, where I laid them all out in a book and then a week later our special alphabet book arrived.

A year later everyone in the family loves to pull this book out to read at bedtime.  It brings back fun memories of outings and reminds us of those we love!  It’s such a sweet book to have as a family.

Do you have any fun twists on photobooks?  Please share!  I’m addicted to them.

I'm a part-time work from home, full time stay at home mom to two daughters and an Australian Labradoodle puppy. We are enjoying our last year before big girl school, playing with friends, swapping childcare to get the job done and getting crafty when we can fit it in. We live together in a wonderful community that we are truly thankful for and proud to be a part of. It takes a village and this is ours.
